Inspired by the shape and growth rings of a tree, the “Sculp-Tree” coffee table is made from eight different exotic and domestic hardwood species and consists of sixty individual layers or “rings” created with over a thousand interlocking wood pieces.  The tabletop features hardwood and stone inlays and relief carvings that create an exquisite life-like texture that can still function as a surface on which you can safely place glasses and plates, with or without an optional glass covering.
